Exciting Class Updates!

Thanks to your feedback, Bluestem’s schedule is better than ever!  Oooh and ahhh at the full schedule below. :-)

  • New!  Yoga for Stress Relief, Mondays at 5:30.  Book individual classes or purchase a discounted 4-week series with bonuses.  More info here.

  • The Gentle Yoga format has been so popular that we added another class: Wednesdays at noon, taught by Hattie.

  • The evening Hatha class, taught by Sandy, has moved to Tuesdays, 6 – 7 pm.

  • The Tuesday 10:30 am class, taught by Wanwan, is now VinYin.

  • Hattie’s Thursday 5:30 pm class is now Beginner Flow.  Expect Sun Salutations and breath-to-movement, at a slightly slower pace and with more instruction.  Perfect for those new to Vinyasa classes and those returning after pandemic time off! 

  • Thursday 6:45 pm Restorative is enhanced with a short sound bath!  During Savasana, Hattie uses singing bowls, small instruments, and other sound makers to create an “immersive auditory experience.”  Awww, yeah!

  • Beginning May 5, Cindy Novelo joins us weekly, bringing her popular Flex and Flow class to Bluestem, Thursdays at noon.

  • Functional Flexibility, taught by Sandy, returns May 9 in a new time slot, Mondays at noon.

Don’t worry, you can still find Sunday morning and Wednesday evening Sun Flows with Ambika and Wanwan, Sunday evening Yin with Kaara, Monday/Wednesday Rise & Shine with Diane, Tuesday Ageless with Susan, Saturday morning Yoga for Beginners with Laura, and other weekday Hattie favorites!
