Take the first, easy step! This one-time 75-minute "orientation" combines conversation with a short sample beginner's class. We'll share all you need to know to choose a Bluestem class that's right for you and feel comfortable in your first class. Perfect for those who've never done yoga, as well as those who've done online yoga or gym yoga but have never taken an in-person studio class.

Register. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a mat or borrow one of ours. It's that easy! :-)
